Am/Int'l CH Kountrytyme Mtn Of Fire N Ice
Jenna is our first AKC Champion. She finished in just a few months primarily handled by her owner - a junior handler at the time. In the show ring she grabbed up a 3pt major at the Texas Coastal Brittany Club specialty, going Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. To finish she went Best of Winners for a 4pt major on a specialty weekend at the huge Houston Reliant shows. Jenna is also a multiple Best of breed winner from the classes, over specials.
November 21-22, 2009 we attended our first International dog show. There, Jenna recieved four V-1 ratings and a Best of Breed win over a beautiful male AKC CH Brittany. All judges critiques had nothing but good to say and all commented on her excellent build and beautiful head.
She has a beautiful head and gait to die for. Correct coat texture, rich color and nice substance. She has a wonderful personality, has never met a stranger. Jenna is very eager to please and quick to learn. She has a calm, loving disposition. Jenna is my constant companion.
January 2009 she entered the field for the first time, at a Junior Hunter hunt test, and wowed us all by finding and pointing two birds! She was a pro out there and showed excellent range and trainability, going on point beautifully. There wasn't an inch of ground she didnt cover! Jenna walked away with a score of three 8s and a 7 (10 being the highest score) and a qualifying leg towards her Junior Hunter title!
